Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for Cisco SecureX

Cisco SecureX is provided as part of entitlements to Cisco Secure products. As of the date of this announcement, a Cisco SecureX entitlement is no longer provided alongside Cisco Secure product purchases.

Customers with active Cisco SecureX environments will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) through the product end-of-support and end-of-life date of July 31, 2024. as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s).

Cisco SecureX cannot be provisioned for a customer after the date of this announcement.

Once Cisco SecureX reaches end-of-life, Cisco SecureX environments will be disabled and all capabilities will become unavailable, including but not limited to: dashboard integrations, responsive integrations, threat hunting integrations, threat intelligence integrations, and custom integrations.
