Between January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, Cisco Systems, Inc. received, complied with in whole or in part, and denied (*) the following requests, globally:

• 731 requests to know; average time to close was 12.3 days
• 332 requests to opt out; average time to close was 14.6 days
• 21 extra requests; average time to close was 8.0 days
• 7,277 total requests; average time to close was 9.6 days

“Requests to delete” includes types of Erasure.

"Requests to know” includes types of Subject Access Request (SAR), Privacy Inquiry, and Correct/Update.

“Requests to opt out” includes types of Unsubscribe from Emails, Stop Phone Calls, Do Not Sell, Object, and Stop Processing Data.

“Extra Requests” includes types of Port Data, Subprocessor Disclosures, and Restrict Auto Decision.
