Today, Cisco announced the intent to acquire Isovalent, a privately held enterprise software company headquartered in Cupertino, California. The acquisition of Isovalent supports and is aligned to the Cisco Security Cloud vision for abstracting security controls from multicloud infrastructure to provide advanced protection against emerging threats across any cloud, application or workload.
