Cisco internal groups as well as Cisco customers can use SSC to look for answers online 24x7. This reduces turnaround time on responses and eventually leads to higher customer satisfaction. The knowledge base is created and maintained through an extensive network of subject matter experts resulting in consistent and high-quality information.

SSC is not to be confused with SCC. Remember, Service Contract Center is the tool used by partners to manage contracts.
