Cisco.com was previously referred to as Cisco Connection Online (CCO). The Cisco.com Website is an award-winning portal that provides customers with 24x7 access to a comprehensive collection of support tools. The Cisco.com Website also provides a multitude of technical support documents including troubleshooting tips, configuration guides, installation guides, and case studies. When customers have registered access to the Cisco.com Website, they are entitled to the same knowledge bases used by Cisco TAC engineers. Having a Cisco.com ID also gives you access to valuable tools such as Service Contract Center (SCC), Performance Metrics Central (PMC) and Service Support Center (SSC). Service Contract Center enables you to track service contract opportunities, track performance metrics and track issues that pertain to partner programs and initiatives. You will learn more about these tools later in this course.
