Forrester created a composite organization based on an in-depth evaluation of four Cisco customers. The organization achieved a 192% ROI in less than 9 months. Quantified Cisco SMARTnet Service benefits over 3 years were:

  • Reduced cost to restore from system incidents: $23,040 (estimated time improvement 40%)
  • Improved time to restore – end user impact: $432,000 (estimated improvement in time 30%)
