Distribution Financing Program

How it Works
The distribution Financing Program from Cisco Systems Capital offers interest-free 45 and 60-day terms on all Cisco products to maximize your cash flow. This program provides net-60-day-terms for all products purchased from an authorized Cisco distributor as well as Gold, and Silver Certified Cisco Partners. The Distribution Financing program is administrated for Cisco Systems Capital through a close affiliation with Deutsche Financial Services, a recognized financial leader.

Value Propositions
This financing program offers Cisco customers the following value propositions:

  • Generous credit capacity—all loans are secured using the value of the financed equipment as collateral. This program provides access to other Cisco Systems Capital products such as the Accounts Receivable program
  • Up to 100 percent advance on Cisco inventory—you can finance up to 100 percent of Cisco purchases up to the available credit limit; typical bank financing advances but a small percentage of inventory value
  • Increased cash flow and working capital—by deferring payment on equipment for 45 to 60-days interest-free, you can secure payment from your customers when payments are due, thus increasing cash flow and maintaining a higher level of working capital you can use to grow your company

An Equipment Distributor needs to increase its credit limit and payment terms to keep up with its increased purchases from Cisco. Using the Distribution Financing program, the distributor can secure a larger credit limit with 45 or 60- day terms, enabling it to provide its customers with excellent service while managing cash flow more efficiently.
