Financing Checklist |

In order to ensure Cisco Systems Capital provides your company with a financing arrangement that best suits your needs and allows your company to expand, we'll need to gather information from you about your company. The type of information we require depends on the type and location of your company. In general we require the following:

US Publicly Owned Companies
- Credit Application and Legal name of your Company
- Location of Company Headquarters
- Copy of Cisco Systems Capital Financing Proposal (if existing)
US Privately Owned Companies
- Credit Application and Legal name of your Company
- Location of Company Headquarters
- Copy of Cisco Systems Capital Financing Proposal (if existing)
- Prior two years financial statements (audited is preferred)
- Any interim financial statements for the current fiscal year
US Development Stage Companies
- Credit Application and Legal name of your Company
- Location of Company Headquarters
- Copy of Cisco Systems Capital Financing Proposal (if existing)
- Prior two years financial statements (audited is preferred)
- Any interim financial statements for the current fiscal year
- Company Business Plan
- Two to three years of financial projections. Month by month projections are preferred.
International Companies
