An operator can access the IP phone information by using its extension number, IP address, or MAC address.
CiscoWorks IP Phone Help Desk UtilityThe IP Phone Help Desk Utility is an optional applet (available for download from Cisco.com) that provides a Windows 2000 desktop tool to show information about individual IP telephone extensions.
