The Network & Service Management Solution delivers tools and applications that enable the deployment of management intranets. These management intranets leverage Internet-based technologies and standards such as HTTP, XML, and CIM that support Cisco networks. AVVID Partners within the Network & Service Management Solution are leveraging these same standards to deliver comprehensive management solutions to customers. Formerly known as the Cisco Management Program, this "ecosystem" of management solutions serves to complement and interoperate with the CiscoWorks2000 product family.

The Network and Service Management solution is restructuring and will accept new applications in December 2001.
