The Cisco 7000 Series Manager is a graphical user interface (GUI)-based, carrier-class element management system (EMS) for managing the Cisco 7204 VXR, Cisco 7206, Cisco 7206 VXR, Cisco 7401 and Cisco 7500
routers, all of which support multiprotocol, multimedia routing and bridging over a wide variety of LAN and WAN interface types. The Cisco 7000 Series Manager provides element management that enables service providers to plan, provision, and monitor network services on Cisco edge routers. This Cisco element management system provides a range of GUI features designed to increase network operations productivity. With real-time inventory discovery capabilities, this EMS ensures quicker deployment of Cisco networking equipment, and provides comprehensive element service assurance to more quickly solve network problems.
