1. What is a "Knowledge Byte"?

Knowledge Bytes are interactive graphical overviews of key Cisco Mobile Wireless solutions and concepts that the learner can digest in 15 minutes or less.

2. What is the purpose of Knowledge Bytes?

Single Knowledge Bytes can be used to demonstrate key concepts for new products and technologies, delivered to audiences much faster than full leader-led or web-based courses. Multiple Knowledge Bytes can be compiled into libraries, and serve as training for entire subject areas. Knowledge Bytes may also be linked to as ancillary learning material from other E-learning tools, such as content roadmaps.

3. Where do I view Knowledge Bytes?

Knowledge Bytes are compatible with all Windows, MacOS, Solaris, and LINUX Operating Systems. In order to ensure compatibility, please be sure to have the latest version of Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer for your computer, in addition to the latest release of Macromedia Flash Player.
