Get a new Cisco.com User ID with Partner level access

To get a new Cisco.com User ID from the Get Partner Access home page, you will need to select the "register" link. Get Partner Access will give you Partner level access, but we cannot do this until you have a Cisco.com User ID to upgrade.

Click on the link "register"

On the next page, click on the link "Register" and follow the steps as they appear.

Step 1: You will be taken to the registration page shown below:

Step 2: Fill in all of the required information. In the "Register for Additional Access" section, if you are an employee of a Cisco Authorized Reseller or Certified Partner, please click the check box next to  "Cisco Channel Partner or Authorized Reseller." You must enter a valid e-mail address (one you can check e-mail for) for your Cisco.com User ID request to be processed. Before you will be given an ID, you will need to respond to an amyl sent to the address you enter on this form.

On this page, you also choose your User ID and password. Please choose a combination you will remember, as you will need your User ID and password every time you log onto Cisco.com.

Click the "Submit" button when you are finished.

Step 3: Fill in your company information and click the "submit" button. FILLING IN THIS INFORMATION DOES NOT GRANT YOU PARTNER ACCESS TO CISCO.COM. You must still use the Get Partner Access tool after registering for your Cisco.com User ID to get partner level access. If you do not, you will only have guest level access.

Step 4: You may choose to fill in some optional information about your interests and preferences. If you do so, click the "Submit" button to save it and move to the next step. You may also choose the "Skip this step" button to move to the next screen without entering any of this information.

Step 5:  You will see a screen notifying you that you must confirm the e-mail address you used to register in order to complete your registration. If you do not validate your e-mail address, your registration will not be processed and you will not be able to log on to Cisco.com. Here is the e-mail confirmation screen:

Step 6: Go to your e-mail inbox for the address you used to register with and look for an e-mail with the subject line "Cisco.com Registration:Action Required." Depending on your location and download speed, it may take a while for this message to appear in your e-mail inbox.

The body of the e-mail message will contain the following information:

Step 7: Click on the link or cut and paste the link into your Web browser. If you receive an error message, please verify that you have pasted the entire text of the URL into your browser’s search window.

Here is the screen you should see:

Step 8: Click the link below the words "Please complete your request for Partner access by clicking here."  Please note that, until you click the link and complete the "Get Partner Access" registration process, you will only have guest access to Cisco.com. From the “Get Partner Level Access” screen, simply click “Next” and log in, using your new Cisco.com User ID and password. If you already have a Cisco.com User ID and would like to upgrade your access level, please use the “Get Partner Access” tool to associate yourself with the Cisco partner or authorized reseller employer. Approval is subject to verification.
