You Already Have This Level of Access

If you see this page, you already have the level of access granted by the Get Partner Access tool.

You are probably attempting to upgrade your access to use TAC or software download areas. This tool does not grant you access to either of these areas. Access to these areas is controlled by ownership of a Service Maintenance Contract, which must be purchased from Cisco. Partner E-Support has several helpful Q&As on this subject, but Get Partner Access cannot grant you TAC or software download access.
