Partner Information Management is a suite of tools and workflow that allows employees of Cisco Partners and Authorized resellers to better manage their personal information kept in the Cisco partner database.

The workflow will determine your current status in the database and direct you to the correct options. For most users, this process begins with Get Partner Access for individuals who are not already in the partner database or need to add partner level access to their current guest or customer level Cisco.com User ID. For users already in the partner database and with partner level access, Partner Information Management workflow provides links to update your partner database profile or move to a different company.

For guides to specific functionality, see below:

Get Partner Access

The Get Partner Access tool allows employees of authorized resellers and Cisco Certified or Specialized Partners who are registered users of Cisco.com (formerly CCO) to request additional access to Cisco.com.
