Approve/Deny Requests You can set preferences for your company on this screen. If you have received an e-mail notifying you of pending requests, but then go to this screen and find no open requests, it is very likely that another approver from your company or the automated system has approved the requests already (see Preferences), or that the request was escalated to your CAM and approved or denied.
To view a list of all employees associated with your company, visit My Company Data at Cisco, where you can view and delete users already associated with your company. To view a list of users who have requesting to be associated with your company, you may click the "View" link in the application under their names and see a summary of their profile, including their address, phone, and e-mail. You may select one or all of the users and choose to approve or deny
them. You cannot complete both functions at the same time, however. For
example, if you want to approve Fred Jones but deny Roberta Anderson,
you will need to select Fred, then click the Approve button. You will
confirm his approval, view a screen with the link back to the mail selection
screen, where you would then select Roberta and click the "Deny"
button. If you select both of them and click "Approve" you will
approve them both.
After you confirm the action you want to take, you will view an acknowledgment screen, showing you the action to be taken and where notifications will be sent. The system will also tell you how many requests are still pending for your company and provide you a link back to the main selection screen.
You can also set your company preferences for the amount of time you want users to have to wait for approval.
