John Chambers     JOHN CHAMBERS

John Chambers is President and CEO of Cisco Systems. Since January 1995, when he assumed this position, Chambers has grown the company from $1.2 billion in annual revenues to approximately $18.9 billion. In the last year alone, Cisco saved more than $2.1 billion due to productivity increases from Internet business solutions.

He is renowned worldwide for his visionary strategy, ability to drive an entrepreneurial culture, and his warm-hearted, straight-talking approach. Chambers is considered one of the most innovative and dynamic influential leaders in global business today.

Charles Giancarlo     CHARLES GIANCARLO
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Product Development
President, Cisco-Linksys, LLC


Charles Giancarlo holds several key roles at Cisco. He leads or co-leads four groups in the Cisco development organization, including a team for one of Cisco's core technologies, Network Switching, as well as three for Advanced Technologies: Security, Voice, and Storage Networking. Under his direction, Cisco is continuing to focus significant resources on technology innovation and execution. Giancarlo also co-chairs the Cisco Enterprise Business Council and is responsible for developing and executing Cisco's business strategies for this important customer segment. His third role is President of Cisco-Linksys, LLC, an independent division of Cisco acquired in early 2003 that is the consumer home networking market leader.

Jimmy Iovine     JIMMY IOVINE

Jimmy Iovine, acclaimed music executive and record producer, is Chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M Records, a unit of Universal Music Group, the global music leader.

Iovine co-founded Interscope Records in 1990, championing cutting edge music in a wide range of genres and helping to build the company into one of the most prominent and creative labels in the music business. Interscope achieved platinum-selling success with artists such as No Doubt, Dr. Dre, nine inch nails, Eminem, Limp Bizkit, Enrique Iglesias, Mya, 2Pac, Smash Mouth and Eve.

Currently more than 90% of all Cisco products are sold through its channel partners.

Karl Meulema is Vice President, Customer Advocacy (CA), Services Marketing and Channels for Cisco Systems, Inc., the worldwide leader of networking for the internet. In his role, Meulema is responsible for creating and managing global service offerings that accelerate time to profitability and differentiation for partners and end-customers.

Randy Pond is the Senior Vice President of Operations, Processes, and Systems at Cisco Systems Incorporated. In this role, Pond oversees the organizations of Worldwide Manufacturing, Information Technology, Customer Service, Legal Affairs, Government Solutions, and Corporate Security Programs. Pond also serves as chair of Cisco's Business Process Operations Council and Business Oversight Board; two strategic executive councils within Cisco.

James Richardson     JAMES RICHARDSON
Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

With nearly 14 years at the company in a variety of roles, James Richardson brings a unique understanding of Cisco Systems and its business to the role of Chief Marketing Officer. In the role since August 2001, Richardson's primary responsibilities include developing and communicating Cisco's strategy and vision as he leads the company's technology and segment marketing, corporate marketing, advertising, branding, marketing communications and public relations efforts.

Richardson has an established track record of producing results, and his successes reflect his ability to build, operate, and maintain high-performance organizations. Prior to his role as Chief Marketing Officer, Richardson was senior vice president of the Enterprise Line of Business, at which time he led Cisco's vision, strategy, and development of an enterprise network architecture - Cisco AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data). During his tenure, the Enterprise Line of Business grew to represent 50% of Cisco's revenue and profit.
