What hotel accommodations have been made for partners and what is the cost to me?
Accommodations for the Cisco Partner Summit have been reserved for partners at the following hotels. Please do not call the hotels directly to book your reservation. Your hotel reservations will be booked through the Partner Summit registration system.

The room rates for all the designated Partner Summit hotels in Vancouver are listed below and are based on availability.

Hotel Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, or your credit will be charged with the first night room & tax penalty.

Note: If you require dates outside the conference dates, you can still submit your reservation on-line, and contact the registration team to update your reservation, based on availability.

Do I need to give a credit card to reserve my hotel room?
Yes, a credit card will be needed to confirm your reservation at the Partner Summit hotels. The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa.

Is there parking available at the hotels reserved for Partner Summit? What is the cost?
Self parking and Valet Parking are available at some of the hotels. Please check with the hotel for more information.

What time is check-in and check-out at the hotels reserved for Partner Summit?
The check-in time is 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 12:00 pm for all of the hotels. Please check with your hotel for check-in and check-out times.

Is there handicapped accessibility at the hotels reserved for Partner Summit?
All hotels reserved for Partner Summit are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and special rooms are available upon request.
