Air Travel

Guests should arrive in Stockholm, Sweden at Stockholm Arlanda International Airport (located approximately 45 minutes from the Clarion by taxi).

Guests should depart from Oslo, Norway from Gardemoen Oslo International Airport (located approximately 45 minutes from the Radisson by taxi).

We regret that due to internationally applicable rules regarding Public Sector events and Cisco company policy, Cisco will be unable to pay for guest's air travel. Guests will be responsible for all air travel expenses.

Ground Transportation

You are responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the airport. There will be an airport shuttle to Oslo Gardemoen International Airport from Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel on Sunday 12 December. Shuttles will depart every hour from the Radisson starting at 8:00 and ending at 14:00. Transportation to and from events and transportation to Oslo from Stockholm is provided for you.

Stockholm Airport Transfers

Arlanda Express
Arlanda Express, airport express train, is located in the North and South Terminals at Arlanda Airport, and arrives at Stockholm Central Train Station.

Length of trip: 20 minutes
Cost: SEK 180 / $25 USD; one way
Departs every 10-15 minutes

Taxis
Taxis are available outside the airport.
Cost: SEK 390 / $55 USD; one way

Taxi reservations can also be made in advance. There is an extra reservation cost of SEK 50/ $5 USD, on weekdays, and SEK 150/ $15 USD, on weekends.

Event Ground Transportation

Transportation to and from the Cisco Public Services Summit @ Nobel Week events will be provided for all delegates. Specific information on shuttle pick-up times and location will be included in your pre-event welcome package sent to you in November 2004.

Transportation to Oslo, Norway for the Nobel Peace Prize Concert

Cisco has reserved transportation for all guests to Oslo from Stockholm. Guests will board a private train at Stockholm Central Train Station on 11 December.

The length of the trip is approximately 6 hours. You will arrive at Oslo Central Train Station, located 100 meters from the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel. There will be hostesses available during the entire trip to answer questions and to direct you to the Radisson Plaza for check-in.

Your luggage will be transferred to the Radisson Plaza for you. You can pick up your luggage in the luggage room in the lobby (located to the left of the Cisco check-in desk) approximately 1 to 2 hours after arrival. Bring any items that you will need immediately upon arrival in Oslo in your carry-on luggage on the train. Due to space limitations, carry-on luggage cannot be larger than 20" x 15" x 10".

Oslo Ground Transportation

The Cisco Public Services Summit @ Nobel Week activities occurring in Oslo are located within walking distance of the hotel. No further ground transportation will be provided. Hostesses will be on hand to direct guests to the Nobel Peace Prize Concert and Dinner, located at the Spektrum Theater, across the street from the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel.

Airport Transfers

Shuttles to the airport will be provided for all delegates. Shuttles will leave every hour, from 8:00 to 14:00 and is free of charge to guests.

Taxis

Taxis to the airport are available outside the lobby at the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel (NOK 820/ $110 USD; one way).
