Problem Description
Some Cisco 2600 Series routers that shipped prior to April 24, 1998 were shipped with a password from Cisco.
Solution
The password used in Cisco internal manufacturing for the Cisco 2600 series is "c" (lower case letter "c"). If you receive a Cisco 2600 series with a password, please try "c" before performing a password recovery procedure.
