Products Affected Comments SCE8000 - SCE8000 Cisco SCE8000 Service Control Engine Chassis SCE 8000 SCOS - 3.1.6S SCE8000 OS v. 3.1.6S
The SNMP OID in the SCE8000 chassis IDPROM may contain a wrong value of cisco7604 instead of SCE8000. As a result, the chassis information in the entity MIB may show the value 188.8.131.52.184.108.40.206.220.127.116.11 (cisco7604) instead of 18.104.22.168.22.214.171.124.126.96.36.1990 (SCE8000).
Wrong usage of 7600 chassis OID in SCE8000 chassis (which is derived from the 7600 chassis).
With the SCE8000 running OS version 3.1.6S and through SNMP viewing the entity MIB, the value of the field entPhysicalVendorType.1 may be workgroup.188.8.131.52 instead of ciscoModules.184.108.40.2060.
In SCA-BB version 3.1.7 and 3.5.0, this problem will be resolved by the corresponding SCOS software.
Therefore, upgrade to SCA-BB 3.1.7 or 3.5.0 once the bugfix is included.
