Problem Description
Use of EDMT during an upgrade from ICM EDMT Release 6.0(0), 6.0(0)A or 6.0(0)B to ICM Release EDMT 7.0(0)B results in failure to transfer data to specific columns of three tables.
Note: The table and columns affected are new to the 6.0 release.
Background
In the process of migrating data from ICM EDMT Release 6.0(0), 6.0(0)A or 6.0(0)B to ICM EDMT Release 7.0(0)B, data is erased and replaced with a value of NULL. For detailed information on the tables listed in this section, please consult the Database Schema Handbook Cisco ICM/IPCC Enterprise & Hosted Editions.
The fields associate with this issue were part of reporting enhancements implemented in ICM Release 6.0(0). End users will see NULL data in 'Call Type' reports, and as indicated in the subsquent list, three table and certain columns are affected.
