Cisco Application and Content Networking Software (ACNS) Version 4.2.1
Problem Description
Upgrades to ACNS Version 4.2.1 do not complete successfully if the Content Engine was previously upgraded from Cache 2.x to ACNS 4.x. Upgrades from Cache 2.x directly to 4.2.1 may not succeed. Upgrades from Content Engines that have only run ACNS should succeed.
Background
A problem was introduced when upgrading from Cache 2.x to ACNS pre 4.2.1 that causes the upgrade to 4.2.1 to fail. In some cases the upgrade from Cache 2.x to ACNS 4.2.1 will also fail.
Problem Symptoms
Upgrades to 4.2.1 do not successfully complete.
