Problem Description
An interoperability issue with Cisco 1700, 2600, and 3600 series routers containing a WIC-1SHDSL causes line flapping approximately once an hour when connected to an Alcatel DSLAM. The line comes up without any problems within one minute.
The WIC-1SHDSL does not show this behavior when connected to a Cisco DSLAM.
