Problem Description
The CISCO762M-US, CISCO765M-US,CISCO766M-US, and CISCO776M models were shipped with version 4.4.1 CE (NET3 image) software instead of the 4.3.1 US version of the software.
Background
Due to a configuration rule error, some of the 700 series models were shipped with the wrong default software. If the customer specifically ordered software (that is, the customer requested software other than the default software), then the unit was shipped with the correct software.
Problem Symptoms
Users cannot configure ISDN on the affected units.
Workaround/Solution
Verify the software version by issuing the version command. If the software version contains a ".NET3" then replace the image with the US version (the software version followed by a ".US").
