One of the program managers in mcs-upgrade will provide a reference number, and will establish an upgrade schedule with the customer. This number will actually be an RMA number that is processed against MCS inventory here at our Silvercreek depot, so that it does not impact the service organizations inventory for failure support. This RMA number should be referenced on all correspondance, including the replacment shipments to the customer as well as their returns back to Cisco.
