Introduction
The Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) is mainly used to insert users, phones, gateways, Forced Authorization Code (FAC), Client Matter Code (CMC), and others, but it can also be used to update devices, users, phones, etc. BAT is usually used to bulk import certain devices, such as phones and users, especially during big phone deployments.
