Q. When I click the view video of the camera, it just appears and X mark. How can I resolve this?A.
The wireless video camera requires OCX or Active X installed on Internet Explorer v 5.5 in order for you to view the video using the web browser. The camera's web-based setup will automatically alert you if you do not have Active X installed and will prompt you to install it.
