The PowerVu Network Centre (PNC) provides local or remote control of all encoder and multiplexing elements and the authorization and control for all IRD features for the PowerVu digital content distribution system. This advanced video encoding and compression system transmits high-quality video, audio, and data content reliably and securely via satellite or terrestrial links.
As the "heart" of the PowerVu product family, the PNC is a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use system that provides network management, security, decoder management and advanced revenue protection to secure valuable content from unauthorized access.

Support for MEPG-2, MPEG-4, DVB and other industry standards, such as DES and DVB scrambling
