Panel Title: MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME

The appeal of “anytime/anywhere” service is creating new opportunities as wired and wireless in-home distribution lets subscribers watch, listen to, play and interact with content wherever they choose. Using a variety of portable and personal electronics devices, cable customers are choosing—and devising—new ways to tune in, log on and enjoy video and broadband services via home networks and digital gateway options. This panel examines at how the earliest adopters are taking advantage of these tools and services and coping with challenges, such as interoperability and on-screen navigation.

Experts also look at what’s ahead as the whole home is plugged into the digital cornucopia of entertainment, information and creativity. It’s all about the “last 50 feet” as domicile becomes the ultimate digital domain.
