Release Notes and Interoperability Information
The release notes provide the most current information about open and resolved caveats for each release of the software, including the and , the C-Series BIOS versions, and the utilities and drivers associated with each release.
The complete list of release notes can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10739/prod_release_notes_list.html
If you want to integrate your C-Series servers with a Cisco Unified Computing System (Cisco UCS) installation and manage them with Cisco UCS Manager, please see the release notes for the version of Cisco UCS Manager that you are using. The appropriate release note can be found here: Release Notes for Cisco UCS Manager
The interoperability matrix provides interoperability information for Cisco UCS components and configurations that have been tested and validated by Cisco, by Cisco partners, or both. Use it as a reference for supported hardware and software.
The complete list of interoperability matrices can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10477/prod_technical_reference_list.html
The interactive UCS Hardware and Software Interoperability Utility lets you view the supported components and configurations for a selected server model and software release. The utility is available at the following URL: http://www.cisco.com/web/techdoc/ucs/interoperability/matrix/matrix.html
The interoperability information for a particular release is dependent on third-party certification testing done after the release has been made public. Therefore, the interoperability information may not be available until several months after the release becomes publically available.
