Introduction

When contacting Cisco TAC, tech support files are critical to help determine what the issue is.

This document provides a visual guide that shows how to collect tech support files from both the UCS B-series and UCS C-series.

For the UCS B-series there are two important log bundles: Unified Computing System Manager (UCSM) and Chassis.
