Installing CTIOS12.5(1) ES4


On CTIOS Server,

Uninstall Directions for CTIOS12.5(1) ES4


  1. To uninstall this patch, go to Control Panel.
  2. Select "Add or Remove Programs".
  3. Find the installed patch in the list and select "Remove".

Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

Headline: CTIOS crashes during transfer scenario.


Symptom:
Customer calls to Avaya PG translation Routed to CVP provided queuing treatment Call sent to the CUCM PG /Agent.. CUCM agent does blind transfer (or Consult Transfer) from Finesse Desktop; example #1000 number this will be another translation route to the Avaya agent.

Conditions:
The Agent CUCM PG has a separate CTIOS PG installed.. Some message or an event from the CTI server connected to the CUCM PG triggers a CTIOS to crash stop and start.

Workaround:
N/A

Further Problem Description:
This issue is seen with a Consult transfer between Cisco PG?s. This issue is also seen with an Avaya to Cisco or Cisco to Cisco transfer.
