Symptom:
Customer calls to Avaya PG translation Routed to CVP provided queuing treatment
Call sent to the CUCM PG /Agent.. CUCM agent does blind transfer (or Consult
Transfer) from Finesse Desktop; example #1000 number this will be another
translation route to the Avaya agent.
Conditions: The Agent CUCM PG has a separate CTIOS PG installed.. Some
message or an event from the CTI server connected to the CUCM PG triggers a
CTIOS to crash stop and start.
Workaround: N/A
Further Problem Description: This issue is seen with a Consult transfer
between Cisco PG?s. This issue is also seen with an Avaya to Cisco or Cisco to
Cisco transfer.
