Installing Unified CCE 12.6(2) ES38


  1. Download the patch and copy the patch to the local server where patch is going to be installed.
  2. Stop all ICM services and applications running on the server.
  3. Run the patch installer exe and follow the instructions.
  4. Reboot the server on successful completion of the patch install.
  5. Start the ICM services.

Uninstall Directions for Unified CCE 12.6(2) ES38


  1. To uninstall this patch, go to Control Panel.
  2. Select "Add or Remove Programs".
  3. Find the installed patch in the list and select "Remove".

Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

Symptom:
we can?t delete all VVB from v12.5. in v12.0 had a workaround of deleting the VVB and when we re-add all the System_Attribute w.r. to VVB will get populated, which resolves problem with VVB device configuration in SPOG.

Headline: PCCE 12.6.1 after upgrade gadget experiencing slowness when loading page


Symptom:
three administrator login and started to use the CCEAdmin to pull the Agents/calltypes continuously and results in slowness in PCCE 12.6.1 AFTER UPGRADE

Conditions:
see elapsed time to pull the DB getting higher and eventually resulting in time out from DB. This is getting translated to the time delay customer is seeing in SPOG for regular operations.

Further Problem Description:
Customer facing issue after upgrade to 12.6.1. No issue reported on earlierr versions customer tried doing regular CCEAdmin operations with three administrators login and performed the pulling and they could able to replicate the issue. During which, started to see elapsed time to pull the DB getting higher and eventually resulting in time out from DB. This is getting translated to the time delay customer is seeing in SPOG for regular operations. This is not related to the finesse gadgets but for regular CCE gadgets itself.

Headline: CCE ADMIN web UI buttons aren't labeled correctly on Skills Group in Site webpage

When logging into CCEADMIN web UI buttons aren't labeled correctly, causing confusion for JAWS users and is not 508 compliant.
Symptom:
When logging into UCCE 12.6(2) CCEADMIN web UI and then going to Users -> Agents -> select an agent -> Skills Group tab -> X - Close button is not labeled correctly causing confusion for JAWS users and is not 508 compliant. When selecting the X - Close button - it states "Add Skill Groups in Site" instead of announcing "Close" when the close button is highlighted. On the same webpage and tab, the JAWS user is unable to exit out of "Add Skills Group in Site" tab with keyboard and can't select "Save" or "Cancel" to complete the action. The tab order is staying within the "Add Skill Groups in Site" selection box, this is also not 508 compliant.
