About Cisco Unified CCE (and Unified CCE Engineering Specials)

As a part of this ES registry ,TotalCountsAPIRefreshRate has been introduced under the path Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\ICM\ucce\LoggerA\BlendedAgent\CurrentVersion . By default this Decimal registry value would be 0 and it is applicable for LegacyCampaign, For API based campaign this Decimal value could be set to 1 or more than that.

For API based campaigns to refresh real-time counters, set this registry to value: 6 ( updates counter internally at every 6x5 = 30sec). This value can be modified to change counters' refresh rate, but however this will have an impact on SQL. Based on internal testing, value 6 is recommended.

Note: Set the value to 0 for legacy campaigns.

Installing Unified CCE 12.6(1) ES60


Note: We recommend you to install this engineering special during a scheduled downtime.

To install the Unified CCE 12.6(1) ES60, follow the steps:

  1. Using Unified CCE Service Control, stop all the Unified CCE services running on the system for the whole installation process.
  2. Launch the installer and follow the instructions on the screen.
  3. After the installation of the engineering special, if the Unified CCE services are set to manual, start all the services using Unified CCE Service Control.

If the Unified CCE Services are set to manual, using the Unified CCE Service Control, start all the Unified CCE Services.

Uninstall Directions for Unified CCE 12.6(1) ES60


To uninstall Unified CCE 12.6(1) ES60, follow the steps:

  1. Go to Control Panel.
  2. Select Add or Remove Programs.
  3. Find the installed patch and click Remove.

Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

Headline: TotalVoiceCount field is showing incorrect value after import API overwrite enabled


Symptom:
The "Available" field in the report "Campaign_Query_Rule_Real_Time " shows a negative number with Outbound import API overwrite enabled

Conditions:
Outbound Import API with overwrite enabled and accept the call in the finesse and check the TotalVoiceCount Value in Campaign_Query_Rule_Real_Time table

Workaround:
It will reset the TotalVoiceCount value if the records are being cleared for DL table

Further Problem Description:
It came up due to regression of CSCvz92239 ,it was showing the TVC =0 if no call has been accepted in the finesse which is expected behavior issue came up when call is being answered and checked the value of TVC, however it is being reset to 0 if records are cleared from DL table
