This document provides installation instructions for Unified CCE 12.0(1) ES77. It also contains a list of Unified CCE issues resolved by this engineering special. Review all installation information before installing the product. Failure to install this engineering special as described can result in inconsistent Unified CCE behaviour.

This ES Patch ensures that,
· Business Hours works as expected when configured with weekdays starts at 00:00 and ends as per the schedule configured.
· ICM-ICM Gateway call does not fail when queued to VRU in Client ICM, if there is no NetworkVRU associated with customer, fallback to defaultNetworkVRU.
· Router do preserve the message order on call deletion when VRU PG goes down.
12.0(1)
This section lists the Unified CCE components on which you can and cannot install this engineering special.
You can install Unified CCE 12.0(1) ES77 on these Unified CCE components:
Do not install this engineering special on components other than:
1. Launch the installer provided for ES77 and follow the instructions
provided by the installer to complete the installation.
2. Once the installation is complete, restart the machine.
3. Using the ICM Service Control, start the UCCE services if they are
not started already.
Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

Headline: ICM-ICM Gateway calls fail when queued to VRU in
client ICM.
Symptom:
When calls land in ICM 1, get queued to VRU associated with ICM 1, and is later
sent to ICM 2 using ICM-ICM Gateway, calls fail with message:
A VRU-capable call on the dialed number from NIC routing client has no
associated VRU for the customer.
Conditions: When a dialed number is configured in server ICM, Default
Network VRU is associated in the system information; but no VRU is associated
in the ICM Instance configuration for the customer with whom the dialed number
is associated.
Workaround: None.

Headline: Business Hours is not working properly.
Symptom: Business
Hours are not closing properly for customer Hours, after 24X7 operation for a
day/few days.
Conditions: Business Hour with custom Hours with 24X7 for few days.
Workaround: Force Close.
Further Problem Description: 23:59:59:411 ra-rtr Trace: BusinessHours[Regular_BH]:
Current status = OPEN. WeekDaySchedule[5000] has started. Scheduling timer to
end schedule after 2133437327 seconds.
This looks to be due to the time calculation for the schedule end while opening
the Business contacts.
