This document provides installation instructions for Unified CCE 12.0(1) ES76. It also contains a list of Unified CCE issues resolved by this engineering special. Review all installation information before installing the product. Failure to install this engineering special as described can result in inconsistent Unified CCE behavior.

This ES Patch ensures that the Campaign Prefix can be configured up to 15 digits and will appear properly as the Remote Party Id in an outbound call. This ES Patch also ensures that phones which are not listed in "Numbers to Dial" after being deleted are not dialled out in outbound campaigns.

This section lists the Unified CCE components on which you can and cannot install this engineering special.
You can install Unified CCE 12.0(1) ES76 on these Unified CCE components:
Do not install this engineering special on components other than:
1. Launch the installer provided for ES76 and follow the instructions
provided by the installer to complete the installation.
2. Once the installation is complete, restart the machine.
3. Using the ICM Service Control, start the UCCE services if they are
not started already.
Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

UCCE Outbound Dialer calls to phones that are not listed in "Numbers to
Dial" in Campaign
Conditions: Below config sequence is followed: Add one or more phone
indexes to "Numbers to dial" under Campaign Call target and save
configuration. Remove one or more previously added phone indexes from
"Numbers to dial" under Campaign Call target and save configuration.
and The import rule is configured with more than one phone(Phone01, Phone02, etc)
Workaround: After removal of Phone index from Numbers to dial" under
Campaign Call target, cycle logger on both sides.
Further Problem Description: Issue is even after removal of phone index
from Numbers to dial" under Campaign Call target these phone indexes are
used to dial cu contacts.
