router crash while processing a Precision Queue update operation |
Caveats are ordered by severity then defect number.
Defect Number: CSCvr33866
Component: router
Severity: 2
Headline: Call router crash while processing a Precision Queue update operation
Symptom:
Both call routers assert when making an update to a PQ. Stack location is
566270 011E2D85 005BF8B4 QueuedCall::MoveQueuedCall+35^M
Conditions: Call is queued to one or more Precision Queues and/or Skill
Groups. Script flow executes a route select node which simply branches out. (No
routing). Call loops back again to a PQ node. A config change is made to the
same PQ.
Workaround: Do not use Route Select node after call is queued to PQ. Avoid
making updates to PQ where Route Select node is used in combination with PQ
node.
