You can install Unified CCE 12.0(1) ES6 on these Unified CCE components:

Installing Unified CCE 12.0(1) ES6


Installation of this patch requires the all ICM services to be shut down during the entire period of installation. It is always recommended to install this ES6 during a scheduled downtime.

•    Using the ICM Service Control, stop all the ICM services running on the system

•     Launch the Installer provided for ES6 and following the instructions on the screen

•     Using the ICM Service Control, start all ICM services again.

 

 

Note:

To make sure Web Setup comes up after installing this ES, Run SSL Encryption Utility and follow the below steps

·       Run SSL Encryption Utility under Cisco Unified CCE Tools

·       Select ALL INSTANCES

·       Select 'Enable Encryption' option in Web Setup

·       Select Apply

·       Restart Tomcat service

 

Uninstall Directions for Unified CCE 12.0(1) ES6


  1. To uninstall this patch, go to Control Panel.
  2. Select "Add or Remove Programs".
  3. Find the installed patch in the list and select "Remove".

Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

1. Status and schedule checkbox is not enabled in multi -edit popup when trying to edit status and schedule 2. Save button is not enabled when status or schedule is modified. 3. Extension of contacts template file is .txt, the extension should be .csv

Conditions:
When editing multiple campaigns or when downloading contacts template.

Workaround:
1. Use single edit instead of multi edit 2. Rename the contacts template from .txt to .csv
