Installing Unified CCE 11.6(1) ES53


On Distributor,

On Administration Client, launch the installer provided for ES53 and following the instructions on the screen.

If you are using Internet Script Editor,

Uninstall Directions for Unified CCE 11.6(1) ES53


  1. To uninstall this patch, go to Control Panel.
  2. Select "Add or Remove Programs".
  3. Find the installed patch in the list and select "Remove".

Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

Headline: Script Editor crashes when trying to open a corrupted script


Symptom:
Script Editor crashes when trying to open a corrupted script with the logs indicating an exception in geocomm.dll, with a call stack similar to the below:- ClassInfo::CreateObject+3 MasterScript::LoadScript+199 ConfigManager::HandleScriptData+246 ConfigManager::Update+13F3 EditConfig::LoadScript+152 CScriptEditConfig::GetScript+3F CScriptEditConfig::Work+FD Ordinal7455+155

Conditions:
While opening a particular script version or updating its description using the Script Explorer, in Script Editor.

Workaround:
None

Further Problem Description:
These script versions are unrecoverable. They should be deleted using the Script Explorer tool. However, the Script deletion itself requires a fix for this defect in Script Editor.

Headline: "Formula editor" in Script Editor grayed out


Symptom:
The Formula Editor button in "Queue to Skill Group" nodes is grayed out when viewing in the Browse, Monitoring or Quick Edit modes of the ICM Script Editor The "Route Select" node also has this issue in Quick edit mode.

Conditions:
ICM 11.5(1) or 11.6(1) Script Editor, trying to look at Formula Editor while in browse or monitor mode.

Workaround:
The Formula Editor may be viewed by placing the script into full EDIT mode.

Severity: 3

Headline: Validate button broken on Queue to Skill Group Node


Symptom:
Validate button not throwing an error when one exists in an expression under Consider If.

Conditions:
UCCE 11.6 Relying on the Validate button to inform if an error exists after editing the Consider If expression.

Workaround:
Use Formula Editor to modify expressions. It throws an error if on exists.

Symptom:
No Warning text that saved script with error will not become active

Conditions:
Saving a script that includes and error.

Workaround:
Fix the errors and save the script.
