Installing Unified CCE 11.6(1) ES25

On Router

·       Stop Router service

·       Run Unified CCE 11.6(1) ES 25 patch installer

·       Start Router service


Uninstall Directions for Unified CCE 11.6(1) ES25


  1. Stop Router service
  2. To uninstall this patch, go to Control Panel.
  3. Select "Programs and Features".
  4. Find the installed patch in the list and select "Uninstall".
  5. Start Router service.

Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

Headline: Indirect Target Node in Script unable to use Translation Route causes Router Crash

Symptom: A Router crash can occur under system load, with an error message that states "Indirect target node in script: <Script Name>, unable to use translation route: <Translation route name>, because no route is available."

 

Conditions: An indirect target node in script with translation route is checked, sufficient load is running, and no translation routes are available to route the call.

 

Workaround: Increase number of routes in the translation route being used.

Severity: 3

 

Headline: Contact Sharing authentication Error Logging is Inadequate

 

Symptom: Observed Authentication errors do not have sufficient information captured in the corresponding CSN log file, hindering effective serviceability.

 

Conditions: Upon startup, Contact Sharing tries to connect to AWDB using its REST API. In the exception case where the API call should fail, context around the reason for the failure event is omitted from the corresponding log file.

 

Workaround: None
