Detailed list of Resolved Caveats in This Engineering Special

Defect Number: CSCvh48598

Component: router

Severity: 2

Headline: After upgrading to 11.6(1) ECC variables not registered in ICM-to-ICM Gateway or Contact Director

Symptom:
ECC variables are not being synchronized between two UCCE or ICM systems in either an ICM-to-ICM Gateway or Contact Director deployment. The ECC variables are not being passed and will not be available in the script for routing or reporting purposes.

Conditions:
Version 11.6(1) is the prerequisite condition inducing the failure in these deployment types. Specifically, the issue occurs with 11.6(1) running on the "sending" side of the UCCE/ICM system deployment, e.g. the system from which the incoming request is generated.

Workaround:
Reconfiguring the ECC variables after the system is already online is a possible workaround. This involves deleting and recreating the ECC variable. However, if the system is restarted this will need to be repeated.

Further Problem Description:
none

Defect Number: CSCuu75122

Component: router

Severity: 3

Headline: DST change causes loss of CallType and Skill Group Historical Data for last hour of the day

Symptom:
With day light changes, for the last hour of the day, records for Call Type and Skill Group Historical (15 minute or 30 minutes) weren't available.

Conditions:
Occurs only during the last hour of the day when the day light time changes and when CCE Call Type and Skill Group Historical reports are used.

Workaround:
None

Further Problem Description:
none

Defect Number: CSCvg68770

Component: router

Severity: 3

Headline: 23:30 interval data missing from CallTypeHalfHour and CallTypeSkillGroupHalfHour

Symptom:
23:30 interval data missing in CallTypeHalfHour and CallTypeSkillGroup

Conditions:
Reporting interval being set to 30 min from "System Information" in Configuration Manager and 10.5(3) ES23 (having fix for CSCuu75122) is installed.

Workaround:
Uninstall the ES, if the fix for CSCuu75122 is part of ES
