African Networking Academy Safari 2009

Accommodation arrangements for the duration of the conference must be arranged and paid for by each delegate (unfortunately there is no sponsorship available from Cisco).  We are suggesting that all out-of-town delegates to the African Academy Safari 2009 – Senegal– Dakar, stay at Miramar Hotel or Niambour Hotel, which are located downtown Dakar city. We will be arranging transportation on the days of the conference departing from these hotels.  You are responsible for making your reservation directly with the hotel and may contact them at the information below:

The hotel is aware of the Cisco Systems conference, so make sure you indicate you are with the “Cisco Systems for the CPUT Conference” group when you reserve your room at the hotel. The hotels will only confirm bookings once they have received payment from you.

Accommodation is for each delegate’s own account.

Payment can be made by credit card or cash. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange for this payment, or call them to reserve your room.

We ask that you arrange for your hotel reservation as soon as possible and cancel no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.  Please note that if you postpone cancellation within two weeks of the event, you may be held liable for the cost of the room even if you are unable to arrive.
