問題

解決方案
必須驗證並更新opendns_connector使用者的UserPrincipalName屬性：
1.開啟opendns_connector帳戶的使用者屬性。
2.確保使用帳戶的電子郵件地址定義「UserPrincipalName」。
3.將UserPrincipalName值與另一個帳戶進行比較，以確認格式和預期定義。
4.如有必要，請更新該值。
填充UserPrincipalName欄位後，聯結器可以恢復正確的操作。
原因
由於使用者名稱未知或密碼錯誤，登入失敗。日誌顯示問題，因為仍然找到事件，但系統報告「DN not found」。
