分支机构站点的用户报告说,如果用户空闲时间超过2-3分钟,使用直接互联网接入(DIA)的某些互联网应用(如SAP®、SSH、某些FTP客户端和其他应用集)将超时。如果它们在需要网络通信的应用程序内执行任何活动操作,则应用程序工作正常,不会发现任何问题。
例如,如果执行show version并使会话空闲超过2分钟,而没有任何活动,然后按键盘上的任意键,如以下输出所示:

要进一步调查,必须使用数据包捕获和根据FTP服务器公有地址过滤数据:
