Achtergrondinformatie
De ESA kan e-mail ontvangen, maar berichten lijken niet op de plaats van bestemming aan te komen. Hoe bepaal ik waarom de ESA geen mail verstuurt naar een specifiek domein of domeinen? Er zijn verschillende redenen waarom een ESA geen berichten kan verzenden. Dit artikel richt zich op het debuggen van problemen met een extern domein.
Stappen voor probleemoplossing
tophosts, opdracht
Gebruik de tophosts opdracht om onmiddellijk informatie te krijgen over de e-mailwachtrij en om te bepalen of een bepaalde host bezorgproblemen heeft, zoals een wachtrijopbouw. Met de tophosts opdracht wordt een lijst geretourneerd van de top 20 ontvangers in de wachtrij. De lijst kan worden gesorteerd op een aantal verschillende statistieken, waaronder actieve ontvangers, verbindingen, geleverde ontvangers, soft bounce-evenementen en hard bounce-ontvangers.
Voer de tophosts opdracht uit en sorteer op actieve ontvangers om te zien welke hosts de grootste leveringswachtrij hebben.

Voer de hoststatus opdracht uit om de gebruikte MX-records en de status te controleren. Als Host omhoog/omlaag: onbekend of omlaag is, probeert u een bericht naar die host te sturen met behulp van het SMTP-hulpprogramma zoals hieronder wordt weergegeven en kijkt u of de status verandert. De status van de host geeft de status van de laatste poging tot levering weer.
