Opnieuw opstarten en de status bekijken van servicemotoren die zijn ingeschakeld op ESA/CES

Inleiding

In dit document wordt beschreven hoe u de status van serviceengines opnieuw kunt opstarten en weergeven op een Cisco Secure Email Gateway (ESA) of Cloud Email Security (CES).

Probleem

Beheerders kunnen tijdens het oplossen van problemen specifieke servicemotoren (zoals antispam, antivirus of DLP) op het toestel bekijken of opnieuw opstarten. Vanaf AsyncOS 11.1.x kunnen gebruikers met beheerderstoegang SSH deze handelingen rechtstreeks vanuit de CLI uitvoeren.

Let op: het opnieuw opstarten van servicemotoren kan tijdelijk invloed hebben op de mailflow of specifieke scanmogelijkheden. Diensten mogen alleen opnieuw worden opgestart als onderdeel van het oplossen van specifieke bekende problemen. Als u niet zeker bent van de impact, neem dan contact op met Cisco TAC voordat u verdergaat.

1. Maak verbinding met het toestel via SSH en voer de diagnostische opdracht uit en kies vervolgens services.

2. Kies de dienst die u wilt beheren (bijvoorbeeld antispam).

   - SERVICE_LOG_CLIENT - Service Log Client

3. Kies de specifieke scanner als daarom wordt gevraagd (bijvoorbeeld geval).

   Choose one of the following type of scanners:
   - CASE - CASE
   - IMS - Intelligent Multi Scan

4. Bekijk de huidige status van de service.

   - RESTART - Restart the service
   - STATUS - View status of the service

5. Start de service opnieuw op.

   Choose one of the following type of scanners:
   - CASE - CASE
   - IMS - Intelligent Multi Scan

   Restart command processed. The service CASE should be up in a moment.

6. (Validatie) Controleer of de service opnieuw is opgestart door de status opnieuw te controleren. De uptime moet opnieuw worden ingesteld.
