Inleiding
Dit document biedt een voorbeeldconfiguratie voor de EtherSwitch-servicemodule die in de geïntegreerde services router (ISR) is geïnstalleerd. Dit document bespreekt niet het configuratievoorbeeld voor de EtherSwitch-netwerkmodule.

Conventies
EtherSwitch-modules - concepten
Dit zijn de twee types van EtherSwitch modules beschikbaar voor Cisco ISRs:

EtherSwitch-servicemodule (ES)—ES-modules hebben hun eigen processors, switchingmotoren, software en flash-geheugen die onafhankelijk van de host-routerbronnen werken. Nadat de ES module in de router is geïnstalleerd, kunt u de ES-module vanaf de host-router troosten. U kunt vervolgens VLAN’s maken, VLAN’s configureren, boom omoverslaan en Virtual Terminal Protocol (VTP) vanaf de ES-module. ES-modules zijn gebaseerd op Catalyst 3750-platform. Dit document geeft alleen het configuratievoorbeeld voor de ES-module weer.

EtherSwitch-netwerkmodule (ESW)-ESW-modules worden geconfigureerd door IOS-router. Deze modules werken geen afzonderlijke software. Het wordt geïntegreerd in de host router IOS. U kunt VLAN’s maken, VLAN’s configureren, boom overslaan en VTP vanaf de host-router. De router slaat het VLAN-gegevensbestand (vlan.dat) in de flitser op.

Eerste configuratie van EtherSwitch-module
Nadat de ES module op de router is geïnstalleerd, ziet u een nieuwe Gigabit Ethernet interface x/0 (waar x het sleufnummer is) door IOS herkend. Deze uitvoer wordt uitgevoerd nadat de ES module op de router is geïnstalleerd:

De service-module Gigabit Ethernet x/0 sessie opdracht is het bevoorrechte EXEC mode bevel dat wordt gebruikt om in de ES module van de host router te troosten. U dient de ES-module te troosten om deze te configureren. Om in de ES module te console, is het vereist om het IP adres voor de Gigabit Ethernet interface x/0 te configureren. Als u probeert om in de module te console zonder een IP adres toe te wijzen, ontvangt u deze foutmelding:

Als de ES-module of de apparaten die op deze ES-module zijn aangesloten moeten communiceren met het externe netwerk via de host-router, moet deze poort (Gigabit Ethernet1/0/2) een Layer 3-poort zijn of moet deze een lid zijn van Layer 3 VLAN. Zie de sectie Routing van dit document configureren om de routing op basis van de ES-module te configureren.
In dit diagram worden de host-router en de logische connectiviteit van de ES-module uitgelegd:
U moet op Ctrl+Shift+6 drukken en vervolgens X om terug te keren naar de host-router.
Als u de sessie van de router moet ontruimen, geef de service-module gigabitEthernet x/0 sessie uit bevel van de router bevoorrechte EXEC modus.
VTP en VLAN configureren
Standaard is de VTP-modus server en is de VTP-domeinnaam ongeldig in de ES-module. Standaard behoren alle poorten tot VLAN1. In dit voorbeeld wordt een DHCP-server (172.16.10.20) in VLAN 10 gesitueerd. Het ip-adres 172.16.10.20 wordt op alle VLAN's behalve VLAN 10 geconfigureerd om de IP-adressen van de VLAN te krijgen DHCP-server voor de apparaten in deze VLAN’s.

Spanning Tree, Trunk- en poortkanaal configureren
Deze sectie toont de configuratie van de overspannende-boom op de ES module en de schakelaar Access1. Deze sectie toont ook het havenkanaal en de boomconfiguratie tussen de ES module en de Access1 schakelaar. Dit voorbeeld vormt de snelle overspannende boom op alle switches. De ES module wordt ingesteld als de omspannende-boomwortel voor alle VLAN’s.
