What’s happening

In May 2021, nearly 46,000 Cisco employees worldwide joined Teams Week, an event designed to empower our own organization towards an inclusive future. This new, virtual experience featured internal and external speakers giving powerful keynotes and practical workshops. By dedicating time to personal and team development, we were able to pause and reflect on how we worked best individually and as teams.

The impact

Teams Week started a conversation that shifted our mindsets, behaviors, and practices to better prepare us for our move to hybrid work. Over 45,000 employees participated in the live event, with many others watching replays. Based on the feedback, it’s clear our employees want more learning opportunities like this that inspire leaders, teams, and individuals alike to walk away with inspiration and context for the capabilities required for hybrid work.
