Chuck Robbins
Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Cisco
Chuck Robbins is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Cisco. He assumed the role of CEO on July 26, 2015 and was elected Chair of the Board on December 11, 2017.
As Chair and CEO, Chuck is focused on helping companies, cities and countries around the world as they look to Cisco to connect, secure and automate their organizations for a digital-first world.
Over his 20 years at Cisco, he has served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations, where he led the Worldwide Sales and Partner Organizations, and helped drive and execute many of the company’s investment areas and strategy shifts; Senior Vice President of The Americas, Cisco’s largest geographic region; Senior Vice President of U.S. Enterprise, Commercial and Canada; Senior Vice President of U.S. Commercial Sales; and Segment Vice President, U.S. and Canada channel organization, where he was instrumental in helping build the industry’s most powerful partner program.
Prior to joining Cisco, Chuck held management positions at Bay Networks and Ascend Communications.
Chuck is on the Board of Directors for BlackRock; Chairman Emeritus of the US-Japan Business Council; a Member of the International Business Council for the World Economic Forum; on the Board of Directors for the Business Roundtable; a Board of Trustees member for the Ford Foundation; a Member of the American Heart Association’s CEO Roundtable; a member of the International Council for the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University; a member of the 2019 class of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences; and a Vice Chair on the Corporate Fund Board for the Kennedy Center.
Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a computer science concentration from the University of North Carolina.
Dr. Guy Diedrich
SVP & Global Innovation Officer, Cisco
Dr. Guy Diedrich is a Senior Vice President and the Global Innovation Officer for Cisco Systems where he is responsible for its Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) program. In this role, Dr. Diedrich collaborates closely with government and industry leadership in over 40 countries around the world to drive massscale digitization initiatives that help increase GDP, create millions of next-generation jobs and develop sustainable innovation ecosystems. With over 1000 active or completed projects since CDA’s inception in 2015, Dr. Diedrich continues to grow and evolve the program into new markets, and build trust with government, industry and academic stakeholders.
Prior to his current role at Cisco Systems, Dr. Diedrich was a Vice Chancellor at the Texas A&M University System where he was responsible for research, commercialization, federal government relations, state government relations and strategic initiatives.
Before joining Texas A&M, Dr. Diedrich served as President and CEO of GRA Inc., a software development and consulting company that he co-founded and grew from a start-up to a firm employing more than 130 professionals. The company was sold to a publicly-traded technology company.
Adele Trombetta
VP Customer Experience, Cisco EMEAR
Adele leads Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) EMEAR organisation, which she’s responsible for 6,000 employees, 120,000 customers, 12,000 partners. It includes professional and support services, customer success and renewals teams who, alongside ecosystem partners, deliver business solutions throughout a customer lifecycle for increased time-to-value and high return on technology investment
Prior to this role, Adele led the Customer Experience organisation across MEA and before that Cisco’s Advanced Service delivery organisation for EMEAR with responsibility for regional strategy and P&L, her key areas of focus were delivery excellence, workforce transformation, and cross-country collaboration.
Adele has over 20 years’ technology sector experience and a strong track record in orchestrating large-scale, transformational programs for key customers. Prior to joining Cisco, she held leadership roles at DXC Consulting, a company formed by the combination of CSC Consulting, HPE Enterprise Services and IBM.
Osama Al-Zoubi
CTO, Cisco MEA
Business, Technology, and Innovation Executive, with near 25 years of ICT experience.Osama Al-Zoubi is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Head of Engineering, and Innovation lead of Cisco Middle East and Africa (MEA). He is a recognized expert in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud. In his current role, Osama leads the Engineering and Innovation for Cisco in MEA. A key area of focus under Osama’s leadership is the development and execution of Technical, Innovation, and Business strategies for digital transformation, for the Middle East and Africa region.
Osama drives technology strategy and innovation, through working closely with Government Agencies, Enterprise Customers, Private Sector and Partners across the region. His focus is on developing Business and Technology Architectures to deliver on government priorities, drive innovation, and partners to accelerate country digitization.
Osama is experienced and regarded as a technical leader who leads the Systems Engineering and Innovation organization for Cisco in the Middle East and Africa. In his role, he partners with all customers across the region to drive innovation and digital transformation.
Ahmad Zureiki
Head of Collaboration Business, Cisco MEA
Ahmad Zureiki is the collaboration business head of Cisco Middle East and Africa, he leads a team of collaboration experts responsible for driving customers workplace digital transformation and improving end-user collaboration experience.
With more than 26 years’ experience in the IT industry, Ahmad is known of his extensive experience in the MEA market and brings a wealth of knowledge in collaboration business.
Prior to joining Cisco, Ahmad held several regional sales, technical and managerial positions with Avaya, Nortel and regional System integrators.
Zubair Khan
Chief Architect, Cisco Saudi Arabia
Technology Evangelist, innovator and a seasoned IT professional with a background of planning and designing large scale communications architecture.
